INSTRUCTIONS

1. The applicant is required* to be submit the following documents (as is applicable) :
The applicant should submit the hard copy of the application form along with the following
Documents.

(a) Please deposit Rs. 5000 in demand draft payable at Kolkata in favour of West Bengal Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation. The said amount will be adjusted against the land premium.

(b) Income Tax Clearance Certificate :

(i) Code Number of SIA

(ii) Registration Certificate

(d) A copy of the Foreign Collaboration Agreement duly approved by the Government of India if the Foreign Collaboration is envisaged.

(e) Latest copies of the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association and Balance Sheet :

(f) Copies of the Prospectus and/or Statement in lieu of prospectus :

(g) Photo copy of the Certificate of Registration.

(h) A statement showing the name of the Directors, their respective share-holding, terms of officeand other company or companies in which such Directors are interested as Director giving names and addresses of such other company or companies.

(i) Name and Address of each partner, in case of partnership firm :

(ii) Certified copy of the Certificate of registration of firm :

(iii) Copy of the Partnership Deed.

(iv) In case of Co-operative Society, its Registration & Bye-laws :

2. Any change/modification/variation in any of the information disclosed in the application should be communicated to the Corporation at the earliest and such communication must be supported by adequate and appropriate documents.

3. The application should always be submitted in triplicate.
