Availability of Land/Shed & its costs

Water Charges

The enterpreneur is required to pay for water supplied from WBIIDC's own source on the basis of actual consumption.The rate of water charges varies from growth center to growth center.

Power

For obtaining power supply the enterpreneur has to apply to West Bengal State Electricity Board or other Agencies and electricity charge is payable to such suppliers.

Service & Maintenance Charges,Terms And Conditions

Service/maintenance charges is payable on yearly basis other charges on quarterly basis.
