Application in prescribed Form - available from WBIIDC Head Office and outlying offices on payment of nominal fees.

Offer letter alongwith Acceptance Form is issued on receipt of complete application form with project report and other supporting documents and Bank Draft of Rs. 5,000/- only (adjusted against lease premium). Lease premium is payable in two instalments:

1. 50% within one month from the date of issue of Offer Letter.
2. 50% within one month from the date of issuance of Allotment Letter.

Only after realisation of the lease premium in full, possession of land is handed over to entrepreneur after joint measurement of land and execution Agreement to Lease.
