(Phase - II)

New Growth Centre at Malda (2nd phase) is located opposite to existing growth centre on NH-34 at a distance of 9 KM from Malda town.

A total area about 700 acres will be developed with all sorts of industrial as well as social infrastructre facilities.

The first phase development has already been completed and land has almost been allotted. The second phase over an area of 204 acre is coming up opposite to the existing Growth Centre.

Developed land, internal road, uninterrupted power, water, integreated drainage & other facility will be arranged.
